At Mercedes Country House we are extremely careful in growing our products, using only organic and sustainable methods, so you can experience all the flavour our fruits and vegetables have.

We plant several fruit trees that allow us to be self-sufficient and grow various vegetables, which we use for meals served in our restaurant.
